A Convenient and Well-Equipped Stay

The two-bedroom apartment provided ample space, including a good-sized kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated the proximity to Princes Street.. it made exploring the city easy. The bar area near reception was also a nice feature. The washer and dryer in the apartment were so useful. It allowed us to pack light and keep our clothes fresh.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was central.

The check-in process was not great. I found the lack of clear signage confusing. It was difficult to locate the entrance at first, and the directions given were unclear, also! the room's lighting was dim, I felt it needed brighter options.

I found the room spacious and well equipped. The washer dryer worked perfectly and it was a useful amenity. Beds were comfortable and the concierge service was friendly. I could walk to various parts of the town within 15 minutes.

The breakfast was disappointing . I never stayed anywhere that didn't serve toast for breakfast and I wasn't the only guest asking about this. One morning, there was no fresh milk, only oat milk, preventing me from having coffee.

Some Issues During My Visit

The lack of daily housekeeping was annoying. I stayed for four nights. They did not offer any cleaning service. I had to request fresh towels and empty the trash myself. the room overlooked a wall which was quite disappointing. They should mention that rooms have limited views.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

I faced a couple of problems . The Wi-Fi signal in the apartment was weak (it worked best only in the bathroom!). This made it difficult to get online, especially when combined with the poor mobile signal I experienced.
